San Lorenzo Gelateria was created in September 2017 by our chef and Master Gelataio, Brenno Floriano.
Floriano is considered a true innovator in the world of pastry and gelato. With a decade of professional pastry experience, including formative years at The University of Gelato in Bologna and Carpigiani Gelato University, Floriano´s creations are marked by interesting textures and thoughtful integration of savory and sweet. In 2018, with the creation of the San Lorenzo flavor, Floriano won as the best Brazilian Gelato of the Year in the Gelato Festival Challenge, chosen by technical and public jury.
